resistant rubber and fully ribbed for your gripping pleasure. The Galaxy Grips come in a plethora of custom colors in
solids and semi-transparent configurations. These are a super cool way
to finish off your custom or stock bars. Handmade in the USA with pride.

GRIP SIZE: These
grips are made for 7/8" or 1" Harley Style bar set-ups and Dual Customs. 7/8" SETUP- Left Grip is 7/8" and Right Grip is 1":: 1" SETUP- Left Grip is 1" and Right Grip is 1-1/8" :: DUAL 1" OR 7/8"- For custom bars or foot-pegs for motorcycles or bars for bicycles.
FLAKES: STANDARD : Grips come with a solid dose of flakes and look killer. All flakes are top quality. :: SUPER FLAKED : Grips have a extra dose of sparkle flake for that heavily shimmered gusto. :: ROCKCANDY : Ultimate saturation of flake. DUE TO THE LARGE DEMAND AND CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR GRIPS THERE IS A 7-10 DAY PRODUCTION PERIOD MINIMUM BEFORE SHIPPING. THESE ARE ALL HANDMADE TO ORDER RIGHT HERE AT SEVEN SINS CHOPPERS - USA.
FITTING: THESE GRIPS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE TO FIT OVER THE EXACT DIAMETER BAR THEY ARE MADE FOR. IF YOU HAVE STEPS OR RIBS IN YOUR THROTTLE / BAR OR EXCESSIVE COATS OF PAINT / POWDER-COAT, YOU WILL NEED TO MACHINE / SAND THEM DOWN TO THE CORRECT BAR DIAMETER. THE 1" GRIP GOES ON A 1" BAR AND SO ON. IF YOU HAVE CUT YOUR BARS DOWN YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SAND OR BEVEL YOUR END EDGES SMOOTH. ROUGH METAL EDGES WILL EAT INTO THE RUBBER OVER TIME. IN COLDER CLIMATES THE GRIPS GET PRETTY HARD AND DIFFICULT TO APPLY; YOU NEED TO PLACE THE GRIPS AT A SAFE DISTANCE UNDER A WARM LAMP FOR A COUPLE MINUTES TO SOFTEN THE RUBBER. THESE NEED TO BE APPLIED IN A WARM ATMOSPHERE, IDEALLY 75° TO 85°. FREEZING WEATHER IS A NO GO FOR APPLICATION! ONCE YOU HAVE THE GRIP IN PLACE, USE A RUBBER MALLET AND GENTLY TAP THE GRIP INTO ITS FINAL RESTING POSITION. FOR ULTIMATE ADHESION USE AN INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH EPOXY GLUE.
YE BE WARNED: ONCE THE GRIP IS APPLIED TO THE BAR; IT CANNOT BE TAKEN OFF WITHOUT BEING DESTROYED. THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR SUPER TIGHT TOLERANCES FOR A SUPER SNUG NON-SLIP FIT.
The
Galaxy Grips come in several custom colors and some within shades of
each other. The Honey is just a Deeper Nebula, the Amber is a Deeper
Honey and the Rootbeer is a deeper Amber etc. Since these are all
custom; colorant does slightly vary from set to set. If you plan on
ordering our Galaxy X-Pegs; it is best to do so with your grip order so we can get you a matching set.
