S&S 3-1/2" Bore Cylinders for '86-'03 Sportster & Buell w/ S&S Heads
Superior materials, thicker casting in critical areas and bigger cooling fins are what make S&S' cylinders the best! High strength cast iron liners provide excellent wear resistance and service life. For 1986–'03 Sportster® and 1994–'02 Buell®.

Head/Base Gasket Kit : XL 86-2003
This gasket kit contains the gaskets needed to install a set of S&S Super Stock cylinder heads. Kit contains head gaskets, base gaskets, o-rings, and exhaust pipe gaskets. Rocker box gaskets are not included.

1200cc Conversion Piston Kit
Forged pistons convert any 883cc or 1100cc engine to 1200cc. Bore the stock cylinders from 3 inch to 3-1/2 bore, or purchase new 3-1/2 inch bore cylinders. No combustion chamber modifications or rebalancing is required. For 1986-up 883cc and 1100cc Harley-Davidson® Sportster® models. Standard size, 9.4:1 compression.
