SEVEN SINS CHOPPERS - POLICIES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
SSC uses FEDEX, UPS,
USPS Parcel, 1st Class, Priority and Express Mail.
To fulfill orders in a speedy manner we sometimes ship items from several warehouse locations if needed.
Other shipping methods are sometimes chosen besides what is posted on invoices in order to expedite the shipping process or if a certain carriers rates are not within reason.


INTERNATIONAL :
USPS 1st Class
- This is the least expensive service for low value light goods and can take 2-6 weeks for delivery. 1st class shipments are not updated until they clear customs in your country. 1st class is not recommended as it is not the best service!
USPS
Priority is a few step above first class with a 7-10 day turnaround.
USPS Express (EMS)
is our preferred international shipping method, although more expensive, it is the fastest most reliable service and comes with excellent tracking details. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days after order departure.

INSURANCE : Seven Sins Choppers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages due to the shipping process. We do everything in our power to make sure products are packaged securely.

Please do not ask us to lower the value of goods on your order to help save on your countries incoming taxes as this is illegal.


BACK-ORDERS: We keep you posted with any updates regarding back-orders. There is nothing that bugs us more then not being able to get orders squared away and out to customers as soon as we can. We offer very unique products and many of these are handcrafted and do take time to customize. We pride ourselves in offering our customers top quality custom goods but there is a production period for certain items. You are more then welcome to use our contact form to inquire about orders placed. If you have an account with us; you can login and view the current status of your orders.

TURNAROUND: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. We strive to ship most orders in 24-72 hours. Some product take longer to ship if they are custom or temporarily on back-order.

RETURN/EXCHANGE: Seven Sins Choppers offers a 30 day return/exchange policy on any products sold through the online store (shipping cost are non refundable). This policy is only valid as long as the original product is returned in its original condition. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRONICS, ENGINES, MAGNETOS, PRIMARYS OR DRIVETRAINS. Please email us to receive authorization before returning any products. Customers are responsible for all freight charges, including incoming and outgoing freight. Please get tracking & insurance on all shipments sent. Seven Sins Choppers is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please place a copy of your invoice in your package or a note describing your request.
